Do you deliver on weekends, holidays or evenings?
Varying the location, our shipping firms typically operate 5-6 days each week. If you need a delivery on a particular day or time, they will do their best to accommodate you. Deliveries made outside of usual business hours or days may incur an extra cost.

What are the methods of payments you accept?
We accept all major cards.

Do you charge sales tax?
We do not charge sales tax. Unless the order is being transported to a location in New York or New Jersey.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Products in stock typically ship within 5 to 7 business days. The time frame for delivery ranges from 1 to 4 weeks, depending on what you purchased and where the product is being delivered. Because inventory is always changing, we will offer an estimated ship date when you place your purchase. MiKo Decor understands the importance of keeping our consumers informed and up to date on the status of their orders. We will call and contact you with updates on a regular basis.

What is your cancellation policy?
Please email our customer support info@mikodecor.com for any cancellation requests. We allow cancellation up to 12 hours after the order has been placed; unless the order has already been shipped by the manufacturer. Any cancellation of the order after this point will need to follow the return policy.

What is your return policy?
You may return your purchase within 15 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund as long as the furniture is in good condition and in the original packaging. Altered, Used, or assembled products may not be returned. We recommend you keep your packaging for 15 days after you receive the merchandise. For more details please visit return policy.

Do you provide an extended warranty?
Yes, we provide an extended warranty coverage via a third party. After adding any item to your cart, you can buy that warranty plan. Protection policies are available for three or five years.

What about assembly?
Some of our furniture is pre-assembled, while others can be quick and simple to put together, based on the person's ability and experience level. MiKo Decor is not responsible for any assembly challenges. If you want assembly help, please contact the manufacturer directly. Do I receive a delivery confirmation?
We send notifications through email via our automated system. This will allow you to track your furniture all through it to your front door. You will receive a phone call for sorting out delivery specifics for big items that ship via truck, or you may download our App.

Do you have an offline store?
We currently do not have a showroom or a shop in order to give you the best online rates.
